We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and showcasing properties to potential buyers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits
- Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and share best practices
Must-Haves:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including property types and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with CRM software and online property portals
- Knowledge of real estate software and apps
- Experience with lead generation and conversion
