SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, showcasing property listings, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a deep understanding of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and onboard new real estate agents.
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Operations & Management

• Oversee daily operations of the sales team, including managing pipelines and client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation efforts.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and forecasts.
• Enforce compliance with local real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at networking events, open houses, and industry conferences.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in real estate or a related industry.
• Proven track record in real estate sales and team management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,661.87 - ₹33,705.32 per month
