Job Title: Sales Executive Location: 14th Floor, Devika tower, Nehru place, New Delhi-110019. Department: Sales Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers and generate new business leads. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies and pricing structures. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales role (1-3 years preferred, but freshers may be considered). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
