Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor post-sales customer/architect/site works as per the project management plan and timely update site status information to PMD.
Timely communication with the customers to apprise them about project status.
Schedule preliminary site visit(s) upon closure of order as per PMP and take preliminary site measurements for procurement.
Coordinate with the customer site supervisor for window opening readiness as per approved section drawings and samples.
Helping team members in closing orders and achieving their targets,
Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by pre-sales team,Answering client queries about product specifications and uses,Maintaining architect and client relationships,
Learn and understand the product so as to gain in-depth knowledge of the same,
Creating and presenting sales performance reports in routine meetings,
Seek Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback from customers.
Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

Required Skill Sets:

Excellence in MS Office, MS Excel, and marketing and sales software,
Must have knowledge of reading and interpreting CAD drawings and plans,
Must be analytical and good in mathematics.
NonTechnical Skill Sets:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
Must know the art of selling,
Must be disciplined, well-dressed, and presentable.
