Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing direct marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, driving lead generation, and promoting brand visibility through field activities. This is a field-based role requiring excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to convert customer interactions into successful sales outcomes.

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for directly interacting with potential customers at their location to promote and sell the company’s products or services. This role is target-driven and involves physical visits to prospects, order collection, follow-ups, and relationship building to convert leads into regular users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits or meet customers in their premises to explain and sell products.

• Demonstrate sample products and highlight their benefits.

• Collect sample orders and convert to regular customers with follow-up.

• Meet assigned sales targets weekly and monthly.

• Maintain records of visits, customer feedback, and sales conversions.

• Coordinate with delivery/logistics and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide market insights and competitor feedback to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented mindset with interest in field sales.

• Knowledge of local area and customer behavior.

• Basic smart phone handling for reporting or CRM use.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
