Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-spoken Sales Executive to drive sales across online and offline channels for our luxury women’s wear brand. This role demands a blend of customer engagement, styling advice and sales acumen with a strong understanding of luxury fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

Offline (Store/Retail):

• Attend to walk-in clients and offer personalized styling assistance
• Build long-term relationships with high-value customers
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory at the store
• Coordinate client trials, orders and follow-ups
• Assist in trunk shows, exhibitions or private client events

Online (Website & Social Media):

• Respond to online inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, website, etc.
• Convert online leads into sales through proactive communication
• Track order fulfillment, customer satisfaction and after-sales service
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaigns and promotions
• Maintain CRM and update customer feedback and preferences

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in fashion/luxury/lifestyle retail sales
• Excellent communication, well-groomed, confident and customer-handling skills
• Strong understanding of women’s fashion, fabrics, and styling
• Comfortable with both face-to-face and digital sales channels
• Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools and social media platforms

Preferred:

• Passion & understanding of fashion & experience in premium or designer wear brands
• Fluency in English and Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
