Role Summary:

We are looking for a talented Fashion Designer with 3+ years of experience in women’s apparel or fashion. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetic, fabric knowledge, design processes and a passion for high-end fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design elegant and trend-forward luxury seasonal collections for women
• Create mood boards, sketches and detailed tech packs
• Source & select premium fabrics, embellishments and trims; coordinate with vendors
• Manage sampling, fittings and design approvals
• Work closely with production and merchandising teams to maintain design quality

Requirements:

• Degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Min. 3 years’ experience in women’s wear or luxury fashion
• Excellent design, sketching & fabric draping skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & CAD
• Team player with creativity and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Understanding of luxury fashion market trends & occasion wear
• Exposure to premium/luxury clientele expectations
• Understanding of domestic and international markets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
