Job Description:
Nadora Films is seeking a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting potential leads into long-term clients, closing deals efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with couples and families planning their big day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on inquiries and convert potential leads into confirmed bookings
• Understand client requirements and pitch Nadora Films' services effectively
• Maintain and update the lead management system
• Coordinate with the creative and operations team to ensure smooth handover
• Represent Nadora Films in a professional and trustworthy manner
• Handle different client personalities and situations with a positive attitude
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English (spoken and written)
• Attend client meetings, venue visits, or virtual consultations as needed

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or client servicing (wedding industry experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Malayalam is a bonus
• Trustworthy, proactive, and confident in handling responsibilities independently
• Positive mindset with the ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead tracking is preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
