Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with Excellent sales experience to drive business growth by engaging with both individuals and corporate clients in Technical Training Programs. In this role, you will be

responsible for candidate outreach, building relationships, closing deals, training execution for our technical training services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Understand client training needs and present suitable training programs for individuals and corporate clients and achieve sales target. Rigorous follow up through calls and mails.
• Training Execution : Coordinating with Trainer, finalizing training calendar, conducting training successfully , reviews, issuing course completion certificate .
• Build Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with clients & trainers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Track Sales: Track leads, manage sales pipeline, and report progress to management.
• Leads follow up: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking

Requirements

• Should have Good experience in sales preferably in IT training services.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly present and sell technical training programs.
• Self-motivated: Able to manage your own schedule, meet targets, and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of technical domains (programming, cloud, etc.) is a plus.
• Results-oriented: Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
