Achieve allotted sales targets through effective planning, budgeting, and strategy. Generate and follow up on leads via cold calling, networking, and customer mapping. Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, presentations, and site visits. Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and technical/commercial viability reports. Manage resources (men, material, infrastructure, and finances) efficiently. Ensure timely project execution, customer satisfaction, and payment collection. Maintain sales data, documentation, reports, and ensure compliance with company standards. Monitor competitors, conduct market surveys, and propose expansions or replacements. Drive business growth through new opportunities, upgrades, buybacks, and discounts. Maintain professionalism, discipline, and ethical practices at all times. Continuously update product knowledge, skills, and market trends. Conduct departmental reporting and support smooth functioning of organizational goals.
