Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Indore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with customers, promoting the company’s medical products, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and handling negotiations. The selected candidate will also collaborate with the service team to ensure excellent customer support and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and achievement of sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Product knowledge in medical equipment related to Emergency, Cardiology, Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Surgery
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• An educational background in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales workflows
• Ability to work independently and in team environments with a results-driven attitude
• Previous experience in medical equipment sales or healthcare services is an advantage
