About the Role:

We are seeking a smart, result-driven, and enthusiastic Franchise and B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in closing deals and maintaining strong coordination with our Franchise and B2B clients across industries. If you're passionate about Sales, possess strong communication skills and have a knack for building lasting client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential Franchise and B2B clients through leads, referrals, cold calls, or networking.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable gifting solutions from our catalog.
• Close Franchise and B2B orders with clear negotiation, pricing, and coordination.
• Maintain strong post-sale client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate internally with production and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and support in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and update CRM/sales records and generate weekly reports.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in Franchise and B2B sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali.
• Confident personality with a proactive and go-getter attitude.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
