We are looking for experienced Sales executive (B2B / B2C) for our corporate office at Doltala, North 24 Parganas.

Job description
o Manage sales activities for B2B / B2C customers across various industries including franchises, corporates, institutions, etc.
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.
o Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer companies to identify new business opportunities.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
o Identify and onboard new corporate clients through your existing network, references, portals, platforms, exhibitions, and social media.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing departments.
o Promote our gifting solutions for employee engagement, festivals, welcome kits, events, promotions.
Candidates with atleast 1-3 years of sales experience (Franchise/ Channel sales/ dealer network sales). This profile entails travelling.
Apart from CTC, incentives will be applicable based on performance.
