Role Overview:

Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

Provide an exceptional and personalized shopping experience to every customer.
Assist customers in product selection, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

2. Sales & Target Achievement:

Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
Support promotional campaigns and contribute ideas to improve store performance.

3. Store Operations:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and tagging.
Follow company policies, procedures, and standards for daily operations.

4. Visual Merchandising:

Support the execution of window displays and in-store product arrangements.
Maintain the visual appeal of product sections as per brand guidelines.

5. Reporting & Coordination:

Update management on sales trends, customer preferences, and stock movement.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely restocking and availability of products.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Business, Retail Management, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles (experience in
luxury retail
preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
Excellent teamwork, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
