Job Description

Location: Sector 27, Gurugram

Type: Full-time (6 days/week; Sunday off)


Divine Hindu is a fast-scaling spiritual lifestyle brand selling Rudraksha, malas, gemstones and devotional products — we’re building a field distributor network to scale grassroots sales and community distribution.


Handle inbound & warm outbound leads provided by the company; explain product & service benefits (malas, rudraksha, gemstones, consultations), convince customers over call/WhatsApp, close sales & payments, and manage post-sale follow-ups.


Key responsibilities
  • Handle assigned leads (outbound& inbound) via phone and WhatsApp; follow lead prioritization SOP.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and service offerings clearly and convincingly.
  • Convert leads to paid orders (accept payments or kick off COD / payment link flows).
  • Run persuasive discovery calls: qualify need, match product, pitch benefits, handle objections, ask for close.
  • Book demos/video calls or schedule consultations (for higher ticket items) when needed.
  • Follow-up persistently (call & WhatsApp cadence) to improve conversion and reduce lead drop-off.
  • Update CRM/Google Sheet after every touch (call outcome, next step, expected close date).
  • Work with Ops & Finance to ensure orders are fulfilled and payments reconciled.
  • Hit weekly & monthly conversion and revenue targets.
  • Maintain product knowledge and read briefings on new SKUs and promotions.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, objection trends, and script improvements.


Must-have
  • 1–4 years inside-sales / tele-sales experience; experience with

    network marketing product

    categories or D2C spiritual/wellness products preferred.
  • Comfortable doing 60–120 calls/day (mix of call + WhatsApp follow-ups).
  • Strong closing skills on phone & WhatsApp, and experience with payment-collection methods (UPI/link/COD).
  • Good spoken Hindi and conversational English.
  • Basic CRM familiarity (HubSpot / Zoho / Freshsales) or Google Sheets comfort.
  • Office-based (Sector 27) availability; 6 days/week
