Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive /Personnel – Male / Female; strictly from a Manufacturing-Engineering Background; to assist the M.D and who will be responsible for planning, managing, executing and monitoring all strategic, transactional and administrative deliverables for the MD Office. He should also provide high-level administrative support, managing the director's schedule, communications, and various operational tasks. This role involves maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth operations for the Director's team. The role necessitates a high degree of autonomy and initiative and the need to make decisions on daily basis within the agreed standards and framework, in a context of changing demands. The incumbent should be around 40 to 45 years of age and should have an experience of 10-12 years in a similar role. 1)     Co-ordination and Support a)     Technical Support: Providing detailed and in-depth product knowledge (engineering drawings, 2D-3D Modelling) and guiding sales team in answering technical questions and preparing technical presentations / models. b)     Sales Support / Co-ordination: Assisting with sales strategies, checking enquiries, preparing sales documents (proposals, quotes), and streamlining sales activities with a strong follow-up. c)     Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Taking valuable feedback / testimonials from clients for further sales boosting. a)     Calendar Management: Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.  b)     Communication Management: Handling email, phone calls, and other communications, filtering information to ensure the director's focus on critical tasks.  c)     Attending meetings and framing Minutes of meeting (MOM). d)     Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
