Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executives for Inbound or Outbound National Sales.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build relationships and close deals confidently.

If you enjoy connecting with people, identifying opportunities, and achieving targets, this role is a perfect fit to advance your career in sales.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and engage with customers across India.
  • Explain products or services clearly and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate through persuasive communication.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and share feedback to improve performance and processes.

Who Were Looking For

  • Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Experience: 12 years in Sales / Customer Service / Telecalling / Inside Sales
  • Languages: Verbal communication in English and Hindi
  • Good convincing and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, positive, and result-oriented attitude
  • Must have a personal laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection
