We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to focus on B2B sales within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Caterers) segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals to supply our retail products (e.g., fresh meat, grocery, dairy, etc.) to institutional clients. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Identify and target potential B2B clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, etc.) • Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels • Conduct product presentations and negotiate pricing/contracts • Ensure timely delivery and service coordination with operations team • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business • Prepare regular sales reports and share client feedback • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets ⸻ Key Requirements: • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in food supply, FMCG, or retail • Strong understanding of the HORECA segment and buying patterns • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and on the field • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, CRM tools) • Own vehicle (preferred for field visits)
