Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and empathetic Sales Executives to promote our services, interact with potential clients and families, and help them make informed decisions about mental health care. This role involves direct interaction, lead generation, and on-site presence at various project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in clients and follow up with phone inquiries.
• Clearly explain treatment services and support systems to clients.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Build strong relationships with families, doctors, and referral sources.
• Visit and represent Adarsh Home at outreach activities, health camps, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare weekly reports on sales activities and admissions.

Requirements:

• MBA Freshers can apply
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, counseling, or customer service (preferred)
• Must speak Hindi, English, and Odia
• Strong communication, empathy, and persuasion skills
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different project locations
• Basic computer proficiency and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
