About the Role: We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Medical Representatives (MRs) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to generate prescriptions and build lasting business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell the company’s range of medicines to doctors and chemists in the assigned territory Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase prescription share Conduct product presentations and ensure consistent follow-ups Achieve monthly sales targets and other key performance indicators Keep updated records of appointments, meetings, and product feedback Monitor competitor activities and market trends Submit daily call reports and activity summaries to management Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream (Science or Pharmacy preferred) Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented Must be willing to travel within assigned territory Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools) Preferred Skills: Knowledge of pharma sales and marketing Prior experience in field sales (preferred but not mandatory) Fluency in English , Hindi , and local/regional language Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
