The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and providing excellent customer service throughout the vehicle sales process. You will play a key role in achieving monthly sales targets and promoting our brand in a highly competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Explain vehicle features, warranty packages, and financing options. Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations. Follow up with leads generated via walk-ins, phone calls, online inquiries, and referrals. Prepare and present price quotations, trade-in appraisals, and financing options. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Ensure timely delivery of sold vehicles and complete documentation processes. Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and campaigns to generate new leads.
