Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Contact customers via phone to inform them about upcoming car service schedules.  Book service appointments based on customer availability and preferences.  Provide information about service packages, promotions, and benefits.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments.  Ensure timely follow-ups with customers regarding their service needs.  Resolve basic service-related inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
