Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and energetic freshers for the position of Sales Executive. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our wide range of IT services and solutions. Key Responsibilities: ● Research and identify potential clients in the target market ● Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other platforms● Schedule and conduct virtual/in-person meetings with prospects ● Promote our IT services such as web/app development, AI solutions, digital marketing, and more ● Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM systems ● Follow up with clients and guide them through the sales cycle ● Coordinate with internal teams to align project delivery with client expectations Required Skills: ● Strong verbal and written communication skills ● Basic knowledge of IT services and solutions ● Confident presentation and negotiation skills ● Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment ● Familiarity with MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 12/05/2025
