Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management:

Lead Generation:

Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other methods.

Client Outreach:

Contact and engage with prospective and existing clients.

Product/Service Presentation:

Present and demonstrate products or services to clients to showcase their value.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to successfully close sales deals.

Relationship Building:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upselling.

Business Development & Strategy:

Market Research:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market reach, and achieve revenue targets.

Internal Collaboration:

Work with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to provide a cohesive client experience.

Administration & Reporting:

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and customer data within a CRM system.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and report on sales performance against targets and quotas.

Industry Awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities. Essential Skills
