As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in providing technical support, ensuring product quality, and assisting dealers with application processes. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Product Training: Provide technical guidance and training to dealers and customers on Berger Paints products. Assist in troubleshooting application issues and recommend solutions. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure correct paint application techniques are followed. Monitor product performance and report any quality concerns. Dealer & Customer Support: Work closely with paint dealers, contractors, and retailers to address technical queries. Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to ensure proper usage. Market Intelligence & Product Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and dealers to improve product performance. Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to enhance technical strategies. Promotional & Sales Support: Support sales teams by providing technical insights on product range. Participate in dealer meets, product launches, and promotional activities. Reporting & Strategy: Maintain records of technical support provided and customer feedback. Develop reports to improve product application and service standards. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical/Mechanical), Paint Technology, or a related field. Fresher to 0-3 years of experience in the paints, coatings, or construction chemicals industry. Strong technical knowledge of paint formulations, coatings, and application techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide on-site technical support.
