Job Description

Job description: * Identify and connect with new clients, distributors, importers, hospitals, and pharmacies (domestic/international). * Generate business leads and convert them into long-term clients. * Promote oncology, HIV, branded generics, and other product categories. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop effective sales strategies. * Coordinate with internal departments (regulatory, export, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. * Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings as required. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Maintain regular follow-up with clients and handle post-sale communication. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business (MBA preferred) or any . * 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or international business development. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication. * Strong understanding of pharmaceutical documentation, regulatory basics, and export processes is a plus. * Ability to handle targets and work independently or as part of a team.
