Identify prospective customers through field visits, enquiry management, digital leads, and referrals. Explain vehicle features, variants, and pricing to customers. Arrange and conduct test drives for potential buyers. Provide detailed quotations and finance options as required. Assist customers in the vehicle selection process based on their needs and preferences. Follow up with prospects and existing customers for bookings and conversions. Ensure proper documentation and timely delivery of vehicles. Participate in promotional events, displays, and roadshows organized by the dealership. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product features, pricing, and market competition. Provide excellent after-sales service and address customer queries. Achieve monthly booking, retail, and enquiry targets.
