Job Title: Two-Wheeler Sales Consultant

Job Purpose:

To assist customers in selecting and purchasing two-wheeler vehicles that meet their needs and preferences, while achieving sales targets and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in the showroom and understand their two-wheeler requirements.
• Provide detailed information about various models, features, specifications, and prices.
• Offer test drives and explain vehicle performance, safety features, and accessories.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and walk-ins through calls or visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
• Maintain product knowledge on new models, features, and promotions.
• Help customers with financing, insurance, exchange, and registration processes.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with delivery, service, and accounts teams for smooth sales closure.
• Attend sales training programs and daily briefings regularly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales is an advantage
• Freshers with passion for automobiles and sales can also apply

Working Conditions:

• Showroom and field visits
• Weekend and holiday work may be required
• Attractive incentives on sales in addition to fixed salary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
