Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
Client Relationship Management:
Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored product solutions.
Market Research & Analysis:
Identify new business opportunities through regular market research and competitor analysis.
Distributor & Channel Management:
Handle and support distributors to ensure smooth sales operations and growth.
Product Presentations:
Deliver compelling presentations on products and services, customised to different consumer needs.
CRM & Forecasting:
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting using CRM tools.
Sales Targets:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and performance KPIs.
Market Visits & Reporting:
Conduct regular market visits, competitor tracking, and ensure timely submission of MIS/reports.
Event Participation:
Represent the company at exhibitions, customer events, and training programs.

Preferred candidate profile:

2 to 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in the liquor, beverages, or FMCG sector).
Strong sales fundamentals with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and data management.
Experience with CRM tools and reporting systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive, flexible, and ready to take on new challenges.
Strong local market knowledge and customer insights.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
