Sales Executive

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for consulting with potential customers and closing sales for solar on-grid systems and other products manufactured at Leap Industries. The candidate will engage in lead generation, lead engagement, product demonstrations, client meetings, and follow-ups, ensuring a smooth customer journey and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to understand their solar energy needs and explain the benefits of on-grid solar systems.
• Generate and qualify leads through field visits, calls, digital platforms, and referrals.
• Conduct product presentations and system demonstrations, addressing client queries.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals tailored to each customer.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company targets.
• Coordinate with the installation and project management teams for successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity updates to management.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in any discipline.
• Prior experience in B2C or technical sales; solar or renewable energy sector experience is a plus

  (recruiting freshers also)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and grow within the company.
• Ability to travel locally in and around Nellore.
