We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales team - Executives, co-ordinator & Head to expand our safety glass business across Kerala. The role involves managing the regional sales strategy, leading sales teams, and driving revenue growth through channel partners, dealers, and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the Kerala regionLead, mentor, and manage Area Sales ExecutivesAppoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partnersAchieve regional sales targets and market expansion goalsBuild strong relationships with architects, builders, fabricators, and contractorsMonitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategiesCoordinate with production, logistics, and management teamsRequirementsProven experience in building materials / safety glass / glass / construction products salesStrong leadership and team-handling experienceExcellent negotiation, planning, and communication skillsWillingness to travel extensively within Kerala
