You will drive project-based sales across various construction sectors, manage a team of area sales managers and executives, and conduct competitor analysis and market mapping. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong network of contacts in the Hyderabad and South India construction market, proven leadership and negotiation skills, and knowledge of project sales cycles and key account management. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA in Sales/Marketing would be a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems is essential, along with a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
