As a Regional Sales Manager in the building materials industry, you will be responsible for leading and expanding the business in the Hyderabad region. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B project sales, channel development, and team management within the building materials sector. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing regional sales strategies, establishing strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, project consultants, and channel partners. You will drive project-based sales across various construction sectors, manage a team of area sales managers and executives, and conduct competitor analysis and market mapping. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong network of contacts in the Hyderabad and South India construction market, proven leadership and negotiation skills, and knowledge of project sales cycles and key account management. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA in Sales/Marketing would be a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems is essential, along with a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
