Job Title: Patient Support
(Tele-Counselling)
Executive / Sr. Executive
Location: Noida
Experience: 1 years in healthcare
Languages Preferred: English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Assamese( Any two )
Salary: 20,000 30,000 (based on telesales experience) + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct tele-counselling and provide information on IVF treatments* Schedule appointments with doctors* Handle patient queries and ensure a positive experience
Working Days: 6 days/week
Shift: 8.5 hours (between 8 AM 8 PM).
*Interview and training location will be Malviya Nagar*
*Work location will be noida sector 16*
