Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Kinetic Age, you will play a critical role in guiding families and seniors through our wellness programs, ensuring every interaction reflects care, credibility, and confidence. This in-office role based in Bangalore involves 2030% travel for offline activations, community events, and on-ground conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct consultations with families to understand health goals and recommend suitable wellness plans. - Execute on-ground sales activities including society events, health camps, and community partnerships. - Build strong client relationships through empathy, consistent follow-ups, and post-conversion care. - Maintain accurate lead records and track progress through CRM systems. - Collaborate with physiotherapists, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and retention. - Consistently meet or exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 13 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in health, fitness, or wellness sectors. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. - Proven ability to close deals through consultative selling. - Comfortable with structured sales tracking and CRM tools. - Ability to travel within Bangalore for events or client visits (2030%).
