We're Hiring: Sales Executive@Khoya Mithai

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 2–4 years

Role Type: Full-time

Khoya Mithai is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team — someone who loves authentic Indian flavours and understands the pulse of both B2B and B2C markets.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales Growth

Handle both corporate & retail customer pipelines
Close partnerships with hotels, gifting partners, and corporate clients

Build Relationships

Nurture long-term client relationships with a strong focus on premium service
Be the point of contact for inbound and outbound sales efforts

Meet Targets

Work with marketing to generate leads and close high-value deals
Own monthly revenue numbers and report performance

Who You Are:

2–4 years of proven sales experience
Background in D2C, FMCG, or hospitality preferred
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable with CRM tools and Excel
Passion for food, craft, and luxury Indian brands
