Role Summary: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in the liquor sectors. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of proven sales experience and a keen understanding of market dynamics. This role is based in Bangalore and focuses on driving growth through key accounts and retail channels. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new clients including retail outlets, bars, and distributors. Strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty. Promote and upsell our premium range of spirits, emphasizing quality and uniqueness. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Organize and participate in product sampling and promotional events. Monitor competitor activities and share timely market insights with the management team. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, orders, and feedback. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in liquor sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Familiarity with liquor distribution regulations and compliance is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. What We Offer: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
