Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Executive
Job Description: As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote and increase brand awareness and sales. You will work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and sales department to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility in the industry.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing plans.
  3. Collaborate with the product development team to understand the features, benefits, and target audience.
  4. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and promotional videos to effectively communicate the value propositions of the product.
  5. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print media, social media, and events.
  6. Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media outlets, and other marketing vendors to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  8. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives and support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to bring innovative ideas and strategies to the table.
  10. Collaborate with dealerships and distributors to provide marketing support, including training, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. An MBA in marketing is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in marketing or a related industry, with a solid understanding of the market.
  3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, advertising, and digital marketing strategies.
  4. Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools to gather insights and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  7. Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Familiarity with social media platforms, online advertising, and digital marketing techniques.
  10. Passion for Market and a strong understanding of the industry and consumer behavior.
