Job Summary:

Sales Executive with 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the IT solutions and services domain.
• Actively engage with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored IT solutions, including cybersecurity and networking services.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of cybersecurity and networking solutions/services.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing field sales role (client meetings, product presentations, etc.).
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to IT solution selling across SMEs or enterprise clients.
• Experience working with CRM tools for sales tracking.
• Certifications or familiarity with products from vendors like Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, etc., will be a plus.
