Sales Executive - IT Solutions

Job Overview:

Blue Waves Media is hiring an experienced Sales Executive to drive field sales for IT solutions including websites, CRMs, branding, and marketing tools. This is a client-facing role with daily field visits, ideal for candidates who have a solid understanding of IT sales and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client visits and field meetings in the assigned area (primarily Kolkata)
• Pitch website development, CRM, digital marketing, and design services
• Generate leads via online/offline channels and schedule demos
• Achieve monthly sales targets (8x of total salary) to unlock incentives
• Follow up with leads and close deals efficiently
• Report to the Sales Head daily and maintain lead records
• Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B/B2C IT or digital solutions sales
• Own two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits
• Good knowledge of websites, CRMs, or digital marketing tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Familiar with local business areas in Kolkata is a plus

Example Compensation Structure:

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,000/month
• Performance-Based Bonus: ₹6,000/month (after 1 month)
• Petrol Allowance: ₹1,000/month
• Incentives: Applicable after meeting monthly sales target
• Example: ₹1,000 incentive for every ₹5-10,000 sale, post target.

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
