Job Title: Sales & Admin Executive (Onsite)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (Bonuses & Commissions on sales targets)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in IT Sales (Software, Website, or Digital Marketing services)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach & Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients, present our IT services, schedule meetings, and maintain follow-ups.
• Market Research & Lead Development: Build and manage lead databases, research industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Administrative Support: Handle routine admin tasks including scheduling, documentation, reports, and proposal preparation.
• Business Development Assistance: Work closely with the sales team to support client acquisition strategies.
• Sales Performance: Achieve assigned sales targets. Eligible for bonuses and commissions upon target achievement.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Lucknow.
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT sales (websites, software, digital marketing, etc.).
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, multitasking ability, and a self-driven mindset.
