Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Engagement

• Greet walk-in clients and create a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere.
• Understand customer needs to offer relevant and personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of our products, design principles, and usage.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

2. Sales and Upselling

• Meet individual and team sales targets through effective engagement.
• Present product features and solutions confidently to close sales.
• Upsell complementary products to enhance overall value for the customer.

3. Product Presentation

• Maintain a visually appealing showroom that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
• Support seasonal merchandising and promotional displays in coordination with the team.

4. Design Expertise

• Guide clients on space planning, home styling, and color coordination.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design and luxury décor trends.
• Provide basic design consultations for clients looking for personalized support.

5. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Process payments and coordinate product deliveries and installations with the logistics team.

6. Post-Sale Engagement

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Inform clients about new arrivals, exclusive events, and offers.

7. Teamwork & Training

• Collaborate with showroom colleagues and leadership to achieve common goals.
• Participate in regular training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

8. Brand Representation

• Represent Celes'tile professionally in all interactions.
• Uphold the luxury image and values of the brand.
