We are expanding our footprint in Bangalore and seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement Greet walk-in clients and create a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere. Understand customer needs to offer relevant and personalized product recommendations. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of our products, design principles, and usage. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. 2. Sales and Upselling Meet individual and team sales targets through effective engagement. Present product features and solutions confidently to close sales. Upsell complementary products to enhance overall value for the customer. 3. Product Presentation Maintain a visually appealing showroom that reflects the brand’s luxury standards. Support seasonal merchandising and promotional displays in coordination with the team. 4. Design Expertise Guide clients on space planning, home styling, and color coordination. Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design and luxury décor trends. Provide basic design consultations for clients looking for personalized support. 5. Administrative & Coordination Tasks Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions. Process payments and coordinate product deliveries and installations with the logistics team. 6. Post-Sale Engagement Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Inform clients about new arrivals, exclusive events, and offers. 7. Teamwork & Training Collaborate with showroom colleagues and leadership to achieve common goals. Participate in regular training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. 8. Brand Representation Represent Celes'tile professionally in all interactions.
