Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales leads generated through calls, portals, site visits, and referrals
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties
Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation
Follow up with clients regularly to close deals
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings
Coordinate with internal team, developers, and channel partners
Assist clients with basic documentation and transaction process
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain professional conduct and represent the company brand positively

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
(preferred)
Experience in
real estate sales
will be an advantage (freshers can also apply)
Good communication skills in
Hindi & basic English
Confident, presentable, and client-friendly personality
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Basic knowledge of Faridabad / NCR real estate market is a plus
