Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
