Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role involves accompanying customers for site visits, displaying properties, generating leads through customer calls, visiting clients and vendors, negotiating and closing deals, handling complaints, and maintaining communication records. Additionally, you will conduct corporate presentations, prepare proposals, and manage all sales-related documents. Experience in brand promotion telecalling is advantageous. Your key responsibility will be to generate leads, schedule meetings with Sales Executives, and align our solutions with customer pain points. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate or related sales fields, hold a graduate or undergraduate degree, be fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English, possess basic sales knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and the motivation for comprehensive Real Estate experience.
