Sales executive in - Real Estate Industry

As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your role involves accompanying customers for site visits and displaying properties to them. You will be responsible for generating leads by proactively calling customers for property purchases, visiting clients and vendors, negotiating/closing deals, and handling complaints or objections effectively. Keeping a record of feedback through mails/phones is crucial to maintain smooth communication channels. Additionally, conducting corporate presentations, preparing proposals, and managing all sales-related documents are also key responsibilities. Experience in brand promotion tele-calling would be advantageous for this role. You will also play a vital role in generating leads, scheduling meetings with Sales Executives, and explaining how our solutions align with the customers" pain points. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate, Pre-sales, or any sales-related fields. A graduate degree or undergraduate specialization is required. Proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English languages is essential. Basic knowledge of sales, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and the capability to up-sell when appropriate are also necessary.
