Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Asansol, Durgapur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and growing the company’s customer base. Key tasks include implementing sales strategies, tracking sales performance, preparing regular reports, and working closely with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns effectively. The role also entails market research, competitor analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Existing relationship with FL Outlets (Secondary Sales) and implement effective sales strategies and meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, including relationship-building and networking skills
• Knowledge of the IMFL market in the local area is essential
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in market research, customer engagement, and retail network
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
