Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Uni Seoul, a Korean Lifestyle Brand by Ignited Brain Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our Hyderabad location. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging store environment while showcasing a curated selection of authentic Korean products and experiences. Your key duties will include greeting and assisting customers with inquiries and purchases, offering product knowledge and recommendations, as well as demonstrating product features and benefits. You will be expected to process sales transactions accurately, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and actively work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets. To excel in this role, you must possess a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to establish rapport with customers. Being energetic, presentable, and customer-focused is essential, along with having excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and adapt. A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and proficiency with basic math and digital tools are also crucial for success in this position. Additionally, staying informed about product knowledge and promotions, addressing customer complaints effectively, and actively contributing to a collaborative team environment are key aspects of this role.
