Sales Executive - Home Decor

You will be joining our team in the interior design section as a Sales Executive. Your role will involve engaging with clients and generating interest in the home dcor services provided by our in-house interior team. You will play a crucial part in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored design solutions by inviting them to visit our experience center. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will need to understand their preferences and needs to offer customized design solutions from our interior designers. Implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets will be a key aspect of your role. Market research will be essential as you stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our services. Collaboration with the design team will ensure that client visions are accurately captured and executed. Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify new business opportunities will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system will be crucial for success in this role. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. A strong understanding of the business model, ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite are required. A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics will be beneficial.
